We recommend this service should be performed on an annual basis to help prevent water entry.
This service includes:
Removal of dirt and debris from roof area.
Re-sealing of roof penetrations, equipment curbs, skylight curbs, counterflashings, coping metals, and other sheet metal flashings and penetrations.
Repairs to the roof membrane and vertical flashings as needed.
HVAC equipment ducting is re-sealed and coated white to help eleminate potential leaks and thermal transfer.
